Evangelist Barbara Lewis - Board Chairman
Evangelist Barbara Lewis became a member of the assembly in February 1987 and has been an extremely active member since then. Evg. Lewis has served in various departments over the years such as the Sunday school department, the Usher Department, the Women’s Department and many more where she served faithfully. Today, Evg. Lewis is the president of the Outreach department, Coordinator and teacher of the Vocational School and also a member of the street evangelism team and calls herself Jesus’ helper. Through her leadership the outreach department reaches out to church members and family members of church members who may be shut-in, sick and needy or found in various institutions such as children homes, senior citizen homes and mental institutions. Outside of church Barbara is a professional caterer and cook, canteen manager, interior decorator and florist. Although she can hardly find time for herself, she enjoys meditating, reading and making crochet pieces. She lives by the verse Psalms 34:1, “I will bless the Lord at all times: his praise shall continually be in my mouth.”
Assistant Pastor Peter Campbell
Assistant Pastor Peter Campbell. was born on July 4, 1964 in the parish of St. James hailing from the district of Mocho along with 7 siblings. Peter and his family lived very close to Oakland Road on 35 Lane.

Pastor Christopher Walker is the pastor and founder for the Bethel Born Again Church of Jesus Christ in Orlando, Florida.
Bishop Rexford Barracks
Bishop Rexford Barracks is a long standing member of the Bethel Born Again family. He believes in preaching, teaching and living by the truth which is the word of God. Apart from being the leader of the street meeting team, Bishop Barracks serves as a Sunday school teacher for the adult class and is also a member of Group Confidence. Bishop Barracks enjoys reading the word and spending time in the presence of God. Bishop Barracks loves the Lord and is always trying his best to live a life pleasing to Him.
Overseer Denzil Salmon - Board Member
Overseer Denzil Salmon became a member of Bethel Born Again Apostolic in 1974.
Missionary Judith Higgins - General Secretary
Missionary Judith Ann Marie Higgins became a member of Bethel Born Again in 1987 where she was baptised by the late Bishop L. M. Allison himself.
Missionary Vensia Dixon-Smith - Board Member
Missionary Venesia Dixon-Smith joined the Bethel Born Again family in 1986. Since being at Bethel, she became a member of group Confidence and was also a member of the senior choir, the Voices of the Overcomers. Missionary Dixon-Smith is currently the President of the Women’s Department, a member of the street meeting team and is also actively involved in the outreach department and group confidence. Venesia is a retired aviation firefighter who now enjoys gardening and spending time with those around her. She is known for her hospitality and loves reaching out to others. Missionary Dixon-Smith’s favourite Bible verse is Psalms 46:1,”God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.”
Missionary Caroleen Dalling - Board Member
Missionary Caroleen Dalling has been a member of Bethel for over 25 years and faithfully served the Lord ever since. Missionary Dalling is a member of the Voices of the Overcomers choir and is currently one of the assistant presidents for the Women’s Department. She is also a member of group confidence. Caroleen enjoys spending time with her loved ones and listening to gospel music. Missy. Dalling’s favourite verse is Ephesians 3:20. It is her aim and desire to continue to press towards the mark for the prize of the high calling in Christ Jesus.
Exhorter Giselle Fagan - Board Member
Exhorter Giselle Fagan has been attending the Bethel Born Again Church since she was very little and continues to play her part as an active member. She has worked in the Youth Department for many years, participating in various competitions, outreach activities, singing on the choir, among other involvements. She enjoys fellowshipping with like-minded people, advocating through various channels for the youths of her country, and having effective and productive discourse for personal development. Giselle holds dear to her heart Isaiah 26:3 which reassures: "Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee." She reckons that life's storms are nothing to fear, as long as her mind, heart and soul are anchored in God.
