MEN'S DEPARTMENT

About Ministry

The men’s department is devoted to empowering men to assume their God given role to be

effective leaders in their home, the church, their communities and the wider society. We

encourage and instruct men on how to grow in the love of Christ and spiritual maturity through

teaching the Word of God, social initiatives and service above self. Our ultimate aim is to draw

men to God so that they can honour Him, love their families, build friendships and together

serve the church and their community.

Meet Our Leaders

President: Assistant Pastor Peter Campbell

Assistant Pastor Peter Campbell was born on July 4, 1964 in the parish of St. James hailing from the district of Mocho along with 7 siblings.

Vice President: Elder Kenroy Gayle

Elder Kenroy Gayle joined the Bethel Born Again family in 1996. Throughout his time, he has served in various capacities, from being an armour bearer for Bishop Allison to being a member of the choir. Elder Gayle is a member of group confidence and has enjoyed taking part in the youth competitions over the years. Kenroy enjoys working with his hands and has used them to master many skills. He is a certified welder and a mechanical engineer by profession. He is also a lover of soup and enjoys making smoothies. Kenroy enjoys most sports but has a particular liking for track and field and the best game of all, the gentleman’s game, cricket. In his relaxed time he loves to play dominoes. The encouraging words that have kept Elder Gayle so far are, "Put God in everything and let him be your first fruit".

Vice President: Deacon Gary Anderson, J.P.

Deacon Gary Anderson became a member of Bethel Born Again Apostolic church in 2007. From the beginning he loved to fellowship with the saints of God and decided that in service to God he would try to serve the people of God by assisting them in any way he could. Over the years Deacon Anderson served as a Sunday school teacher for the young adults class which he still teaches to this day fathering and fostering the growth of many youth outside of his own. Deacon Anderson considers himself a servant which is why he is always willing to assist his fellow brethren in Christ. He is family oriented, loves the Lord and enjoys reading the Bible and researching apostolic history and doctrine. Apart from being the young adult Sunday school teacher, Deacon Anderson also serves as vice president of the brotherhood department and the marriage auxiliary. Gary is a Justice of the Peace for the parish of Kingston. His favourite Bible verses comes from Exodus 14 verse 13-14, “And Moses said unto the people, Fear ye not, stand still, and see the salvation of the Lord, which he will shew to you to day: for the Egyptians whom ye have seen to day, ye shall see them again no more forever. The Lord shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace.”
