About Ministry

The Usher Department is more than the group of individuals who greet persons at the door or direct them to a seat in the pews. Ushers are spiritual soldiers and doorkeepers, discerning in the spiritual realm. They are spiritual ambassadors for the church and are the first representative of Christ that people see in a service. All they do is done to the glory of God.

Meet Our Leaders

President: Usher Leanna Lennon

Usher Leanna Lennon has been a member of Bethel Born Again for a very long time and has served the Lord faithfully in every capacity she has been called to. Apart from being the President of the Usher Department, Sis. Lennon is the Vice President of the Outreach Department and also a Sunday school teacher. Usher Lennon loves the Lord and it is her aim and desire to continue to serve Him in spirit and in truth.

Vice President: Usher Roxann Wright

Usher Roxann Wright has been a member of Bethel Born Again for over 20 years after accepting an invitation to come to the church. One day she decided to take the step to accept Jesus Christ as her Lord and Saviour and has not regretted her decision. Shortly after becoming a member, Roxann was appointed to the Usher Board and is indeed proud to be apart of this team. Apart from being the assistant president of the Usher Department, Sis. Wright is also A member of group faith which she loves very much. Roxann describes herself as one that is not very outgoing but will try to accomplish a task given in the best way she possibly can. In her spare time among other things Roxann loves to play Soduku and crossword puzzles. Usher Wright’s favourite book of the Bible is Psalms as the chapters encourage her and teach her to trust, depend, believe and stand on God’s promises because He will never leave her nor forsake her and she is indeed grateful for that great consolation.
